We hear you! Bridal Shows can be overwhelming and exhausting. While it’s great to get information from many different vendors, what information do you keep and what gets tossed? Here are some helpful hints to get you on track. So sit down, relax, and grab a cup of joe!
1. Don’t Wait!
Don’t wait to sort through all your brochures. Many vendors have Bridal Show Specials that last only a few days. Send those emails as soon as possible, so you don’t lose out on those awesome deals. Every penny counts!
2. Choosing a Location
When choosing your location, make sure to ask the correct questions. It may seem obvious, but the first and foremost question you should be asking is, ‘Are you available for my wedding day?’ If not, move onto the next location. Make sure to ask questions tailored to your specific needs. Here are some other ideas to keep in mind when booking a location:
How much is the deposit to hold the date and is it refundable?
How early can you set up and what time does everyone need to clear out by?
Parking fees and accessibility
Do you offer security services?
3. Photography
Many wedding couples make the mistake of cutting corners and going with the cheapest photography possible and that is their BIGGEST regret. After your wedding day is over the only thing left are timeless photographs of your special day. The moment you walked down the aisle to your first dance as husband and wife. Investing in professional wedding photography is a must and should be on your list of top priorities along with finding the perfect wedding dress!
At IN-FOCUS Photography Mary and Jerry are focused on you, the wedding couple! As a husband and wife team Mary and Jerry work with you and help make your dream wedding come true!
Here are a few things that set IN-FOCUS apart from other photographers and something you should consider when investing in wedding photography:
Included with your wedding package is an engagement session. This allows our photographers to know you on a personal level. When your wedding day arrives you will feel like family.
Ever wish you could be at two places at once? Now you don’t have to, IN-FOCUS includes two photographers for your wedding. So you can relax and enjoy your wedding day!
4. Cinematography
If your budget allows, cinematography is wonderful way to compliment your wedding photography. You’ll be able to experience all your favorite wedding moments over and over again and you won’t miss a thing, like Aunt Judy doing “The Twist!’
Here's an example of what you can expect from our videographers.
